After living at 30 Park for 1.5 years, I have nothing but great things to say about the building, staff, and management. 30 Park Avenue truly defines what a full-service building is. Aside from living in the building, I have rented two fantastic apartments to dear friends of mine because they loved the building so much and how I raved about the building and services. From the valet and dry cleaning in the lobby to the very attentive doormen and handymen, there are zero complaints that come to mind.
